International Startup Accelerator Program - Cebu 2023
Welcome to the Cebu Accelerator Program! We are excited to be a part of your journey as you develop, validate and scale your startup idea. Our program provides resources for international expansion, mentoring, affordable development opportunities, scaling opportunities, and funding. Our Cebu location offers an amazing international environment with free workspace, affordable living, and a talented workforce to help you reach your goals. Our program is designed to help Dutch startups reach the next level, and we look forward to having you join us!
Outline of the program:
The Cebu Accelerator Program is a 6-month program designed to help Dutch startups develop, validate, and scale their startup idea (possible extension to 24 months). The program activities include:
- Business advise and mentorship sessions.
- Access to funding opportunities.
- Events and workshops.
- International expansion
- Affordable develop opportunities (outsourcing)
- Free workspace
- Affordable living
The program’s goals are to help startups increase their chances of success, gain invaluable insights into the industry, and develop innovative IT solutions with international aspirations.
Mission statement:
The mission of the Cebu Accelerator Program is to provide Dutch startups with the resources they need to develop, validate, and scale their startup ideas. We believe that through our program we can help startups reach the next level and achieve their vision.
Selection criteria:
- The Startup must be Dutch
- The startup must be based in the Cebu
- The startup must have a scalable innovative idea, and IT solution and a clear plan for growth
- The startup must have an active website
The startup must have a committed team of at least two people - The startup must demonstrate scalability and potential for growth
- The startup must be willing to dedicate time to participate in the program
- The startup must be in alignment with the program’s goals and objectives

Selection process:
Eligible startups will be evaluated on their business model, team composition, and product or service offering. The selection committee will also consider the startup’s potential to scale and its alignment with the program’s goals. Once selected, the startup will be invited to participate in the program and receive access to the available resources and mentorship. Signup starts around April.
